Recieved your update email...Thanks...An idea is maybe update the web page with when news letters go out, so people know that they are or are not on the mailling list.

Good idea! I've only done email updates so far so the PM's are coming soon, probably tomorrow or Thurs. I'll try to update the site ASAP. If you didn't get an email, I either don't have your email address or I made a typo. I did get a return service notification on one email so I have to see what the problem is there.
