We get these big pole mounted controls in a 2' x 4' box at work. The packing material is a white PVC foam that's 3" thick. I have about 20 sheets of it in the shed, I was going to use to insulate with. Dawn saw a Styrofoam version of this prop in a magazine and asked if she could have some of it, and it just progressed from there. I knew I needed to get those pixels out in the weather to make sure they'd last. Why not dress up the bunny a little?

Are the pixels THAT BRIGHT through 3" of material? Or do you have holes bored part of the way through? Either way, it's very cool.

I drilled about 2" into it and shoved the pixels into the hole. We randomly drilled 100 holes and used 2 strings.

I'm lucky I had time to make it twinkle. That we got it outside with the little time I've been away from work is nothing short of a miracle.
