Problem with new P10 matrix

I have gotten a p10 matrix built with a beaglebone and octoscroller that is 3 Wide x 4 High. I tested each panel before I put every thing together and they all worked except for a pixel I damaged while putting it together. I am having some trouble with the set up and I'm not sure where to go after I checked the basics. I have one panel row where half the panel doesn't show any green color. I also tried to play a cartoon and it is not displaying correctly. I have attached some pics of my set up and my screen results. If anyonecould give me some direction on where else to look I would appreciate.

For me, any time I have had half the panel not light up (or light up incorrectly) it's been due to a ribbon cable issue. Make sure they are all seated well. Change out ribbon cables to see if the problem moves - if it does it's the cable. Also, your configuration says you start at Bottom Left but your O-1 row is at the top, which would mean you should change the start point to Top Left.

Yep I second the ribbon cable. I had the exact same issue and it was the cable.

Thanks for the info about the cable. I will try it. I switch the start point trying to fix the issue and must have not switched it back. I had it at Top left to start before I started trying to troubleshoot.
