Renard64 and px1 matching baud rates

I have a Ren64 and px1 that I am currently running seperately because the baud rates do not match( Ren 64 57600 and PX1 115200). I have tried using the PX1 setup application to change the settings on the PX1, with no success, and I do not have a pic programmer to change the Ren64. I ran out of time to mess with it before Halloween but would like to run Christmas daisy chained from a Raspberry PI and I am trying to figure the best/Easiest may to make the change.
First will 57600 or 115200 make a difference in a small ( less than 128+18 channels IF I get my second Ren64 added this year ) display? I see there is a way to program the PX1 through the data stream with Vixen I may try to save buying a pic programmer right now.
Second, if changing the Ren64 to 115200 is more beneficial, or I am unable to get the PX1 to change, is there a good step by step resource link to doing the pic programming. I have never done it.
Thanks for the help as always

Are you saying tat the PX1 is only driving 6 pixels and there will be two Ren64s and you want to run all of that on a single chain? This page has a baud rate to channel conversion chart: https://www.doityourselfchristmas.com/wiki/index.php?title=Renard

Based on this, 57600 will work but you are reaching the upper limit for 25ms support.

You can dig through the build instructions from here to get pic-kit instructions (look under frimware): https://www.doityourselfchristmas.com/wiki/index.php?title=Renard_Main_Page

2 Renard 64s would be the maximum, most likely will still only run 1 this year. If I get the second one added it would not be full. The PX1 is only running 6 RGB floods so 18 channels. So it sounds like I would be ok at 57600 this year and for next year to add much more should look at updating the ren64s to 115700. I will cross that bridge when I get there. Thanks for the links.
