Urgent Advice Please? Random Channels Not Working

I'm testing my SSR neon G2's, and only a few of the channels seem to get power to the lights.

I've tested everything with your mulitmeter, and it seems that the power gets to the terminal blocks, but apparently disappears somewhere in between there and the lights? This only seems to happen on random channels.

Has anyone had this problem before and could they offer me some suggestions?

I'm using SPT-2 wire and plugs.

Thanks in advance!

Check the continuity from the block to the plug end. You might not have gotten the cable put together correctly on one or both sides. I've done it more times than I can count. That's one reason why I use the 6' household cord most of the time for my controllers just to avoid the trouble I cause myself.

My problem ended up being that the pins that are supposed to poke up into the SPT wire got bent instead of poking through, thus causing no power to the lights.

Sorry for the duplicate post. I won't do it again.

I just put together 48 cables using those type of plugs with no problems. The key is to make sure there isn't any slack in the cable as you slide the cover on.
