I will have to agree w/ Rick, Action Lighting is about the best price I have seen, SPT1 or SPT2.

Their prices listed include shipping on the plugs.

Around the holidays home depot has SPT-1 for mail order which i think is the best i have seen on SPT-1 plugs, but you have to order 100 if i remember right.

Home Depot gets them around the holidays. It's online only order but they're very cheap when they have them.
