In using the newest version 6.Y
I am having an issue with the channels not moving with the music.
I did the following steps to replicate:
1. Open HLS
2. Open File Sequence
3. Play and Play from Mark (All works as expected)
4. Select "Display Preview for Audio" and "Play" (All works as expected)
5. Deselect "Display Preview for Audio" and "Play" (The music moves but the sequence channels do not move with the music)
6. I Close HLS and repeat steps 1-4
Select "Display Preview for Audio" and "Play" (All works as expected)
Deselect "Display Preview for Audio" and "Play from Mark" (The music moves but the sequence channels do not move with the music)
7. After 6 or 7 I attempt to find out why the channels are not moving in time as the music is.
I select "Preview" and "Return to Sequence from Edit Preview"
Clicking "Play" (The music moves but the sequence channels do not move with the music)
8. I select "Preview" and "Edit Preview"and "Return to Sequence from Edit Preview"
I select "Play" (All works as expected)
While there is a work around, for this roadblock, As I explained before, being able to easily toggle between the "display preview" (Where one could see the lights change to music) and the "Display Sequence" (where you can see the Channels filled in) I would think is important.
