Vixen Crashes when Using Display setup

I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, also tried many different versions including a few of the 32 bit ones (I am on Windows 10 64bit). It worked fine last year, but when I tried to connect to my controller this year, it works unless I open the controller settings, then it crashes (stops responding), after I try to press ok on the display settings tab. This also happens when the controller is not connected, and sometimes reports the ports as in use even when noting is plugged in. (ex: COM 4(IN USE) ). Any Ideas on what do do/How to fix it?
 
In your documents folder under Vixen 3/logs folder there should be an error or fatal log that will have some info as to why it crashed.
