Stressless connection of servo to this skull.

No linkage required. Directly connect where the jaw hinges and screw the jaw to the servo .
I pre drilled and counter sunk the screw slightly . Works great without any slop or servo stress

I love it. Simple, but seems to work fine.

How do you keep the jaw tight on the servo without having to screw in so much that the jaw gets bound to the head? Any concern that over time the jaw will start slipping?

The servo drive gear actually sticks out the outside of the hole which provides clearance for the jaw to move unrestricted .
Here is a more natural mouth movement using ramps only .
