computer to another computer

Hi, Joe. I was wondering how to copy a sequence from one computer to another computer, I know there was a post already, but I haven't been able to fined it.

For SHOW or for editing?

I am sequenceing on my laptop while my show is playing, now I need to move it to my desktop to put it in my show.

For a SHOW -- you only need the EXPORT folder - it contains the audio, export files, and playlists.
