Installing HLS - I believe the UGaRM for this section can be used with the modification of hiding the navigation table in the transcluded page. This is done by using <noinclude> on each side of the table.
Modified the Download and Installation page as noted above and included it in the QSM on 2013-01-29.

Creating a Sequence The UGaRM sections Starting a new HLS Sequence, Audio File, and Time Sequence are straight forward and should serve the QSG with minor <noinclude> additions.
