Ed: The listing of the sections below are listed just as Jon Stevenson have them in his "HLS Getting Started Manual". I think they would work well for a HLS beginner. Any thoughts?

Installing HLS - I believe the UGaRM for this section can be used with the modification of hiding the navigation table in the transcluded page. This is done by using <noinclude> on each side of the table.
Modified the Download and Installation page as noted above and included it in the QSM on 2013-01-29.

Creating a Sequence The UGaRM sections Starting a new HLS Sequence and Time Sequence are straight forward and should serve the QSG with minor <noinclude> additions.
2013-01-28 Modified the Starting a new HLS Sequence by <noinclude> the line "The next step is to tweak the Audio File." and the navigation table at the bottom of the page. Transcluded the page into the QSG.
2013-01-29 Modified the Time Resolution by <noinclude> the navigation table out. Transcluded this page into the QSM "Creating a Sequence" transclusion immediately following the "Starting a new HLS Sequence". It worked out very well!
