Ray Wu & AliExpress

I think the problem is with the bank. I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff from Ray Wu. I did the same way as you’ve done by ordering through AliExpress. I tried to pay with one credit card, and my bank also denied the transaction. I didn’t call them, but probably the reason was the same one as yours. Then, I used another credit card from a different bank, and everything was fine. My bank just contacted me to double-check if I was the one who’s making the payment. Besides, they also recommended I ask them for an ali express tracking number to make sure that my order is shipped. So, I would just try another bank.
