Floodlights
Floodlights are used to light a large area with RGB light. They are commonly used to up light trees and light exterior walls on buildings.
DIYC Flood
The DIYC Flood is a popular diy kit used to build an RGB flood light using 60 piranha style leds. They run on low voltage dc current and can be controlled with many dc controllers like the REN48LSD or the Ren4Flood.
TIR Destiny CG Commercial LED_Flood Light
The TIR Flood light is a high end commercial floodlight that was sold in a group buy. They had been salvaged from a commercial installation and have been modified for home use. They run on AC voltage and are controlled via DMX signaling.
Mighty Mini
The Mighty Mini was an early RGB LED floodlight design that made use of strawhat style LEDs. There were issues with the choice of resistors used and many people have modified the original design to utilize a LM317 as a constant current source.
