How do I paste an effect to multiple marks?

Is there any way in the newest Vixen 3.10 to copy an effect, and paste it to multiple marks that you created via the Mark Collections? In the older Vixen, I remember there was a "Paste effect to marks" in the "Mark Manager" window, but that no longer exists. I really don't want to have to manually copy and paste the effect to each mark on my sequence. Any knowledge in this subject would be greatly appreciated!

I found a previous post that led me to 95% of the answer - "Then go back to the beginning of that section and right click on the element row you want to add effects on. Right click there and hold the shift key and click add effect and pick the effect you want to add. The shift gives you the add multiple form. Here you can tell it where to put however many copies of that effect you like. There’s options in here to align them to the marks."

I will write up what I had to do additionally in a follow up reply here...

Okay so here it is.....

In order to paste an effect that I wanted to multiple marks I had to do the following.
1. Figure out how long I wanted my effect to last. I am using the "Set Level" effect to turn a light strand on and off every time the singer in my music speaks. Because of that, I knew my effect should only be .091 seconds long. After that I went to the element row that I wanted to add effects on, held my shift key down and right clicked then went to the "Set Level" effect. Note: It's important that you continue holding shift down until after clicking your effect.

2. As shown in the screenshot, I selected "Align to beat marks", selected my Mark Collection that contained all the marks I wanted to paste to, and that gave me the # of effects possible at the top.

3. I set the number of effects to the # of effects possible and then hit ok.

This workflow seems to mimic the old Mark Manager - Paste effect to all Marks. Though, it is very convoluted.

Last Note: If the effect you created is longer than the distance between your marks, you will see a bunch of overlap. I noticed this when I kept my duration to "2 seconds" by default the first time.
